About the Founder/CEO
Cierra Williams is a native of Dayton, Ohio. She attended Bellarmine University for her bachelors degree and Grand Canyon University for both her Master's and Specialist degrees. After spending a summer teaching for the Children's Defense Fund Freedom School program, she discovered her passion for educating youth. She is currently a highly qualified English Language Arts teacher. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Serving her community is vital to her success. Her passion for both reading and education are what led her to creating READy. Set. ELevAte!
